Assunta lives in a pretty house in the Roman countryside, in Gallicano, not far from the park of the Prenestini Mountains, on a tuff hill, between the gorges of two streams, crossed by the arches of an ancient Roman aqueduct.
In this last years, the passion for bucolic life has led her to produce organic products, such as extra virgin olive oil, wine and vegetables and to devote herself to the breeding of small farmyard animals. Our Cesarina cooks to the guests the products of her land, creating delicacies thanks to the secrets kept in local and family recipes. Unmissable seasonal truffles collected in the woods by her husband and the little dog Smilla, as well as mushrooms and asparagus.
