'Passion moves the world and other stars.' And it is precisely the passion that over the years has led Attilio to dedicate himself with dedication and professionalism to the world of food. The first steps in the family kitchen and the many experiences around the world have built that huge background from which Attilio drew the necessary knowledge to tell and promote the good Made in Italy. Through his cooking courses - to learn how to cook, but also to deepen different topics such as the choice of ingredients, cooking techniques, the use of the right equipment and techniques to serve correctly.

My specialities

American-Italian college student here, trying to pick up recipe’s for local cuisine and can honestly say this experience was absolutely amazing, from start to finish. The private class makes a world of a difference than if it was with a group. Attilio is such a welcoming host and creates the experience to seem as if you’re cooking with a long time friend. As a cook and teacher he goes above and beyond in assisting in every step of the way, answering every question, and providing the history and methodical reason of each and every ingredient and step of the process. Would heavily encourage this course to anyone and everyone. Thanks Attilio!

Our afternoon/evening cooking with Atillo in Milan was the undisputed highlight of a trip through northern Italy that was full of highlights. He tailored the menu perfectly for our family, which included me, my wife and our two sons, ages 14 and 17. We had an amazing time making pasta from scratch (cacio e pepe), a fantastic appetizer and a unique twist on tiramisu for dessert. We were unsure of what to expect when we booked the visit on a rainy day in Milan, but the result far exceeded even our highest hopes. Chef Atillo’s mastery of cooking was obvious, but his company was equally superb. His knowledge of and passion for Italian food and culture made the evening especially enjoyable. He even helped us plan out and coordinate subsequent visits the rest of the week. His English is first-rate and I would highly recommend him to anyone considering this service, especially Americans. If I could give him more than 5 stars, I would!
