"I like to cook, my family, originally from Jerzu and Orani, has always brought to the table the best agro-pastoral recipes which I then started to make myself. Among these the culurgionis, a fresh handmade pasta stuffed with potatoes and pecorino cheese and other ingredients. Making it in company, as it was done in the family, is a beautiful ritual that ends with the ear of this pasta which becomes a game and a challenge for the guests."

Damiano is the perfect guide to discover Cagliari and Sardinian food! As a local he knows where to take you and he can answer whatever you want to know. Next to a really nice guide he is also a very nice person to hang out with! He listens to what you like and makes the tour fit your interest. I recommend everyone to do the street food tour with him or book a cooking class!
