"I am a great lover of cooking. This passion led me at a mature age to deepen my knowledge, attending courses and lessons with expert and renowned chefs. The desire to convey a correct message about food brought me closer to Slow Food. I attended training courses at the University of Taste in Pollenzo becoming a teacher of the Slow Food cooking Masters. I pay particular attention to the quality of the raw material, to respect for territoriality and seasonality. I live in the countryside, I have a vegetable garden, orchard, I really like cooking and welcoming friends and visitors."
