"I started cooking at the age of 6 imitating my grandmothers who taught me lovingly. My cuisine is influenced by my origins in Romagna and Marche, but, having grown up in the Pontine countryside, I immediately began to love the fantastic products of this land, like fish and vegetables. I have a special preference for everything that is organic and biodynamic as, in addition to being healthy, it manages to give an authentic flavor."
