David and Flavio welcome us to their home in Centocelle, a lively neighborhood. It has always been the exemplification of the classic Roman village and, today, it has become one of the most important nightlife areas in the capital.
After a few years of work in the Val di Fassa Dolomites, they returned to Rome to follow their passions: cooking, art and the art of hosting.
By ethical choice our hosts follow a vegetarian and organic diet, using produce from fair trade supply chains and purchased directly from the producers. A choice that, instead of limiting their passion for cooking, has expanded it; thus, they became even more curious and open to new culinary experiences, remaining tied to the recipes of their Roman and Trentino origins.
