Elena, our Cesarina, was fascinated by the world of wine to the point of becoming first Sommelier Ais, then Sommelier Wset of second level. "Making the wines of my land known, combined with the products of the centuries-old Lazio cuisine, is for me a way of talking about my city, Rome, Tuscia, the Hills, in short, a way to get to know and make known a millenary culture through conviviality , which only wine can give. Professional experience has also taught me that in order to appreciate a wine, that is to exalt its specific characteristics to the maximum, it is essential to learn how to pair it with food. The pairing must follow very precise rules and, among these, the same geographical origin. It cannot be explained: you have to try, experiment, enter this magical world of perfumes, tastes, looks, words..."

After having a different cooking class cancelled on us, the day of our booking, we were scrambling to try and book another cooking class, very last minute. As “stressful” as that was (more like an annoyance), it truly turned out to be a blessing in disguise. Elena was absolutely amazing and so wonderful to work with! It was the exact experience we were looking for, to learn how to make homemade pasta, and my husband and I have been making it every week since! She is truly just a gem of a human and we couldn’t have been happier with our time with her. Thank you, Elena!

Elena was fantastic.. my fiancée and I thoroughly enjoyed learning to make and pasta and tiramisu , and of course eating it! We loved hearing about her experiences with the winery and soaking up her knowledge and stories about wine 🍷 all around great experience
