Eleonora was born and raised in Morlupo, a town on the outskirts of Rome. Her house is surrounded by greenery and adjacent to a small grove which is located within her property. "I have always loved cooking and, since I was a child, I tried my hand at preparing 'capellini' in broth for my grandfather. I have cultivated a passion for cooking, trying to carry on local traditions without neglecting innovation."
