"I’m Emma Cesarina who moved from the north to the south. I’m originally from Naples, so I make old Neapolitan recipes. I lived in Bologna, which entered my heart, and which taught me the art of fresh pasta. Now I live in Rome, where I rediscovered the small shops. My kitchen is simple and genuine. My house is large, warm and welcoming. My table, in a modern style, is in contrast to the classicism of the dishes."
