"The passion for the culinary art has always accompanied me: when I was young, I worked as a waiter and I used to stole with my eyes secrets from the kitchen. My wife and I complement each other, because she takes care of the house, while I am the kitchen manager, from which I derive great satisfaction from preparing dishes for friends and relatives. My family and I live in Velletri, one of the Roman castles, a stone's throw from Rome and immersed in the tranquility of the hills."
