For this experience I propose "la panzanella" a typical Roman appetizer, revisited in a modern way. For the first course I propose my workhorse, the spaghettone with cream of zucchini and crispy bacon, a dish delicate and strong at the same time.For the second course I have combined two cultures that are dear to me, the Roman and the Sicilian, creating a dish with unique textures and flavors, the Sicilian meatballs ... my passion! First a nice welcome prosecco and then straight to the kitchen, where I will teach you how with just four ingredients (pecorino romano cheese, guanciale, eggs and pepper) you can create three exceptional dishes that represent the art of Roman cucina povera!I call them " the three queens"cacio e pepe, gricia and carbonara!!!Finally everyone at the table to enjoy what we have prepared together with a good glass of wine!Pasta , wine and four laughs...what more could you want?I am waiting for you in my home restaurant :-)

for this experience I propose a "spoon" appetizer, a cream of bean soup, croutons and salami norcino, followed by a spaghettone with red wine, cream of pecorino romano and crispy bacon. In this dish I enclosed the two things that can not miss during a Roman dinner, red wine and pecorino cheese. For the second course, the meatballs with beer and bacon, a dish that, as the name suggests, combines tradition and imagination. And to finish "the" most loved dessert, Tiramisu! I love the sea and have a tremendous passion for cooking. Cooking is sharing love, and I want to convey this love to my guests through my dishes. Living by the sea, it's only natural that I offer a seafood-based menu: we'll start with a seafood appetizer; for the first course, I'll prepare a fisherman's risotto using Acquerello rice; followed by a sea bream fillet with tomato broth and sautéed spinach; and to end on a sweet note, a lemon chiffon cake.
