Cesarina Federica lives in a house located on Montello, a green hill between Treviso and the hills of Asolo and Valdobbiadene, home of Prosecco and an area recently declared a Unesco World Heritage Site. "I have always loved cooking, so much so that I have followed various amateur cooking courses and I am a collector of recipe books and magazines. I create my dishes using mainly local products, following the seasonality, offering them both in the classic version, with recipes traditional, and in customized version, giving the ancient ingredients new shapes and new elaborations."
