"My passion was born thanks to my muses, mother and grandmother, who with dedication carry on the family recipes. I try to innovate and bring a breath of freshness to my recipes. The main ingredient in my kitchen is the extra virgin olive oil of our production and all the seasonal products of the vegetable garden. My dishes are accompanied by a Primitivo of our own production."
