Hi from Gabriella!

I enjoy offering a "modern" looking cuisine while remaining traditional in substance, and since I live in an area with Etruscan origins, I experiment with recipes influenced by that culture. I produce homemade jams, cheeses, honey, oil, vegetables, and eggs, which I use in combination with wild herbs. I like to propose themed menus.
