"I started to love cooking by mixing potato gnocchi (my favorite dish!) and observing my mother in the kitchen. I love respecting regional traditions, but I also enjoy creating fusions. Of Ligurian origins, I live in Cortona in a beautiful farm: here I produce extra virgin olive oil, cultivate my vegetable garden and produce my own meat. I spend my day being a farmer and amateur breeder, then I go to the kitchen, where I prepare dishes for my family and friends."
