The menu includes: Busiate alla Norma, green tortelloni, and tiramisu.We'll make a typical Sicilian pasta from semolina flour and water, twisted around a rod called "busiate". We'll dress it with fresh tomato sauce, fried eggplants, and salted ricotta. The tortelloni will be green as they're made with spinach dough, filled with either ricotta, pumpkin, or eggplant depending on the season, and finally garnished with butter and sage. To conclude, we'll serve the classic tiramisu with coffee in colorful disposable cups.
