Hi from Graziella!

Cefalù is a charming town with a suggestive atmosphere, rich in history, architecture and traditions, famous above all for the Norman cathedral, it is surrounded by the Madonie Park and a wonderful sea. A few steps from the center lives our Cesarina in a cozy villa with a garden.Here we meet Graziella who brings traditional dishes to the table that reflect Norman, Arab and Greek influences. And taste the unique products: oil, almonds, olives, fish, preserves and cheeses. And again the wines: white, black, rosé, excellent for enhancing the great variety of Sicilian cuisine. Because food is above all culture: tasting means visiting and touching the history of Cefalù.

If you're seeking an intimate and authentic way to learn about f Italian cooking, Graziella is undoubtedly the perfect guide. Graziella welcomed us with open arms. She is warm and kind and loves to share her passion for cooking. Together with my fiancée, we went to the local market in Campofelice di Roccella, where Graziella showed us how sausage is prepared. We not only watched but actively participated in making this Italian staple from scratch. We sampled cured meats, sipped wine then made our way back to Graziella's charming studio, where we prepared a traditional Sicilian dinner. She showed us how to make handmade pasta, the delectable sausage we had created earlier, and the Sicilian-style involtini, a mouthwatering beef roll. Graziella's enthusiasm made the entire process a genuine delight.
