"My name may be misleading, but I'm one of the last Bolognese to be born on maternity leave in Via D'Azeglio, in the heart of the historic center of Bologna! Traditional cuisine is a great source of pride for me, it's a common thread which allowed three generations of my family to tacitly demonstrate love for loved ones and was my refuge during my experiences of life in exile abroad. Just by moving away from my city, I realized how much in reality I was fond of it. And so, every Sunday it was enough to take out the cutting board, rolling pin and roll the dough to immediately feel happier. Now that I'm back in my Bologna, I'm waiting for you to create some little magic of homemade pasta together!"
