Here in the woods and forests we meet the home of our Cesarino, Jean Pierre, who comes from a family where cooking has always characterized moments of conviviality, passion for good food and genuine products. His mother passed on the passion to him and his grandparents raised poultry, rabbits and cultivated a vegetable garden. Married to Monica for many years, from whom he learns the secrets of the local cuisine, using local meats and salami and with whom he shares the love for hospitality.
