"The village where I live is located in Valle Sabbia, one of the three Brescian Valleys, between Lake Garda and Lake Idro, where you can follow several panoramic paths. This area offers unique culinary traditions, such as cured meats and cheeses, polenta of various types, casoncelli, grilled meats, lake fish and leavened cakes. The type of cuisine I would like to propose is traditional, but with a touch of innovation. In summer, I prefer to use seasonal produce from our vegetable gardens and fruit plants, also preparing stocks for the poorer harvest seasons, such as sauces, jams and compotes."

During our holiday at Lake Garda we booked a local cooking class. Jennifer was a wonderful host and very welcoming! We learned how to cook three courses and learned a lot about polenta, pasta, tiramisu and also tried the traditional rose cake. We felt like cooking with friends and also got to know Jennifers friend (who translated :-)) and her lovely family. THANK YOU SO MUCH FOR THIS EXPERIENCE! We can totally recommend and would love to book it again. :-)
