"I was born in the kitchen of my father, who has always been a restaurateur. The older I grew, the more my passion for food, playing with flavors and experimenting with new recipes grew. The area where I live (Besano, in the province of Varese) it is where I was born, but the culinary influence has a lot to do with Sicily and Veneto. Moreover I have traveled the world and met new flavors, to be integrated in some of my dishes, without ever forgetting my culinary traditions. My house is a villa in the middle of 2000 meters of garden that can accommodate both indoors and outdoors anyone who wants to try the experience of my kitchen."
