Welcome to the Cuneo mountains, where Lorella will welcome you into her beautiful farmhouse, surrounded by peaceful hills and lands rich with authentic produce. Lorella has had a long and successful career managing restaurants all over Italy, but decided it was time to settle down somewhere peaceful… And she certainly doesn’t regret it! Here in the countryside, she carefully sources the finest local ingredients and organises culinary experiences in her own home, so she can share her expertise with curious travellers.

  •  'Bagna cauda' ( it's a traditional dipping sauce for vegetables, slowly cooked with plenty of olive oil and anchovies)
