"My passion for homemade pasta comes from the tradition handed down to me by my family, my grandmother taught me as a girl to make homemade pasta and I continued this tradition within my family. Today I would like to share this passion with people from all over the world, carrying on the tradition of our made in Italy. I think it is important to make our cuisine known and promoted in the world and, where better to do so, if not in a city like Rome, where history, art, culinary tradition are intertwined making this city a must for tourists from all over the world."
