Taormina is magical, with its elegant streets crowded with tourists, hidden corners frozen in time, centuries of history and sea views. And as soon as you set foot on the island you will want cannoli, cassata, arancini, fresh fish. All delicacies that we can enjoy at Cesarina Luisa's home, in her cozy apartment on the outskirts of the city. Our Cesarina's passion for cooking was passed on to her by her father-in-law, one of the best chefs in the area.

Whilst travelling Sicily with my friends and my partner, we had the idea to do a cooking class. When scrolling online for the perfect class, I came across Cesarine and our cooking class experience has been the absolute highlight of our trip! Luisa and Antonio were incredibly hospitable, generous and passionate cooking teachers. They welcomed us in to their home like we were their family. It was the most wholesome and memorable experience. Thank you to Luisa and Antonio for taking the time to share your Italian food traditions with us. Our hearts and bellies are incredibly full! We highly recommend others to visit Luisa and Antonio for an authentic Sicilian food and culture experience! Grazie Mille!!
