Maria Angela was born and raised in a farmhouse in Palazzago, in the province of Bergamo, in the same house where she now lives and welcomes her guests. Aunts Maddalena and Rosina taught her the little secrets in the kitchen, the ones that no one usually tells you. "My cooking is based on simplicity, I use only organic products, from our garden and at zero km. I'm careful to collect seasonal aromatic herbs in our wood or vineyard, adjacent to my house. always learning something new, and then experimenting with the old recipes of my aunts written by hand."
