"The passion for cooking began as a child, when with my maternal grandmother, on Sundays, we made fresh pasta: tagliatelle and I made use of the machine for the pasta crank, we rolled out the thin sheet and then cut it. My house reflects me a lot: it is sunny, bright and overlooks the Milanese skyline of citylife. My table could be called 'the Sunday table', when you went to lunch at the grandparents."
