"The old wood-burning oven of my farm is the fulcrum of the experiences of traditional Apulian cuisine, made of simple and genuine ingredients, most of which produced by me.  Everything will be seasoned with my organic extra virgin olive oil and accompanied by the primitive wine produced by my dad."
