"I grew up with the cooking of my two grandmothers, a traditional cuisine made up of stories, stories and family anecdotes. I have a passion for the territory, the search for raw materials, kitchen equipment, my father's vegetable garden and preserves. I love the historical recipe books of which I am a reader and I also collect recipes from other families. My cuisine is a simple, traditional cuisine, attentive to the seasons and cooking techniques that respect the food. I like to have guests at the table and introduce them to the knowledge of good food and good wine. I am a graduate sensory judge and lead food and wine tasting evenings. I have always been a member of Slow Food and an active member of the Eastern Veneto Committee."
