"From an early age I sneaked into the kitchen of the family farmhouse, fascinated by the manual skills of the elderly family, together with whom, every Sunday, I prepared fresh pasta. Then I grew up and I was able to travel the world, tasting dishes belonging to to traditions very far from mine. I love reclaimed cuisine, but I also like to experiment; I make jams and liqueurs with what I get in the countryside."
