"Since childhood the kitchen and the presence of Mamma Isa in the guise of cook, accompany me with the colors and smells that are familiar to me. I have always had a passion for food and well prepared dishes, not necessarily elaborate, but tasty and genuine. Some years have passed since the first refractory brick oven and the first wood-fired bread and, thanks to my work, I have known places and foods that I bring with me and that I would like to share with my guests.
