Pierpaolo and Riccardo welcome us in a heavenly location in Montemurlo, at the foot of the Tuscan-Emilian Apennines, where the culinary tradition is a mix of Tuscan and Emilian flavors. Pierpaolo is the son and grandson of butchers, a tradition that has been handed down since the early 1900s. He is passionate about music and cooking. “The kitchen is like a piece by Debussy: always ready to make you dream of something special with his flavors". Riccardo is fascinated by simple dishes, but of excellent quality that tell of a tradition, an experience, an emotion. "I'm a lover of simple but well-planned good food; when a guest leaves our table and is happy, I fall asleep happier and more proud of what we have been able to create for him. "
