"Along with my passion for music, I always had a great curiosity and a great love for cooking, especially for pastry. Fate made me meet a man, also a musician, with a great family culinary tradition and with a crazy talent for cooking. Together we like to organize dinners for friends and relatives, who they say are always satisfied, fed and with a great desire to return. My culinary tradition is very popular, Roman and not, with a bit of Austro-Hungarian flavors that I 'stole' from my nanny from Trieste. My husband, however, has a long and important family culinary history, linked to the tradition of Roman Jewish cuisine; some of his relatives are restaurateurs and chefs not only known in Rome, but also in America."
