Simone, our Cesarino, opens the doors of his cozy apartment, just outside the walls of the historic center, where, by walking, you can reach the most beautiful squares of Padua. "I love good food, tradition. I love research that leads me to rediscover forgotten products. I love to entertain my guests by telling the tradition, history and processing of my dishes."
