Stefania, one of our Cesarine, is Neapolitan in origin but has now lived in Bologna for 17 years.
She’s been passionate about cooking ever since she was a little girl, having practically been born reading and practicing recipes from famous chefs and pastry chefs of past generations.
She loves cooking in both the Neapolitan and Bolognese styles, and adores experimenting with new recipes.
Imagination and presentation are an integral part of her dishes, as well as choosing the perfect location and creating an aesthetic setting for her meals.
