"I'm Tiziana and I have always had a passion for cooking. I am also a chemist so it was quite natural for me to experiment with a fairly technical approach and acquire more and more skills through attending many courses with catering professionals. I have a predilection for pastry, but I love to cook everything. My kitchen is my escape valve. In the house where I live, I opened a B&B, on the coast between Cagliari and Villasimius. I have managed and still manage this activity with great passion for the welcome and care of what I consider one of the most important moments of the day: breakfast. Always cared for with products cooked by me personally and with great attention to the use of quality products and the territory. I have been a Brand Ambassador for many years, bringing to elementary schools a project of food education in which we talked, among other things, about identity and territory."
