"My passion for cooking has been handed down to me by my mother, my wandering around the world for the last twenty years has helped me to combine tradition and more contemporary culinary techniques. I live in a trullo, I have a huge vegetable garden, perfect for the raw materials of my dishes. They are multitasking in the artistic field and are also multitasking in the culinary field.
