"I'm a Cesarina since 2018 in my home in Rome. During the summer period I move to Nardò, one of the most beautiful destinations in Salento. I love the traditional regional cuisine that I introduce to my guests, trying to transfer my passion to them. I like to prepare fresh pasta and season it with local fish, caught in the morning and I love to prepare desserts."

: Valeria and her husband are lovely people that will make you feel welcome at their home. Nothing is too much for theme, lovely food, nice wines and amazing homemade aperitifs. So nice to share a summer night with these people and share stories together. I would definetily recommend this experience!
