Maria Grazia is a third-generation bolognese, and has been a passionate cook since childhood: “I’ve always loved eating, and my mother taught me how to really taste the food we made as I grew up”. In her house in the peaceful Mazzini neighbourhood, our Cesarina has so much to share, finds true joy in welcoming guests and delighting them with her warm and genuine hospitality. “Food is about so much more than simply eating, it’s a language, a vessel of knowledge, a link with nature and a joy to discover and share new traditions and techniques”.
