Padua’s Cuisine

The taste experience that our Cesarina offers begins with a tasty appetiser which is linked in with the local territory: little polenta bites dressed with parmesan and mushrooms.

Next served is a delicious risotto with radicchio, a dish which is symbolic of the regional cuisine. Polenta reappears in the second course, this time as an accompaniment for a rich and traditional stew. It’s so mouth watering!

To perfectly end this amazing meal, Virginia serves up a tasty mascarpone dessert enriched with amaretti cookies.
