Antonia, our Cesarina, welcomes us into her home in the heart of Milan, very close to Santa Maria delle Grazie. This church is an impressive architectural work and it's the house of the famous fresco by Leonardo da Vinci, the Cenacolo.

In this characteristic corner of the city, Antonia invites us to taste the traditional recipes of Milanese cuisine, enriched by an artistic touch in the preparation of desserts, thanks to her profession as a cake designer.

Antonia offers a classic menu of the Milan area, made with carefully selected raw materials.

She carefully chooses the aubergines, which she prepares like roasts cooked in the oven, stuffed with cooked ham and smoked mozzarella. Following two icons of local cuisine, that there must be on the tables of Milan: saffron risotto and ossobuco in gremolada with sweet and sour carrots, prepared with great attention to detail and with small secrets that give these dishes a touch of authenticity.

Our Cesarina loves the art of pastry-making and she makes us taste Zabaione with biscuits, a very common home-made preparation and is the cream for excellence, the perfumed grandmother's cream thath evokes childhood memories.
