The ascent up Vomero hill, either on foot or by funicular, offers the chance to admire the most beautiful views of Naples and the gulf. Passing through the narrow stepped streets and through several gardens, we arrive at Cesarina Rosanna's home sitting on the hill with its large terrace and garden. Situated at the edge of Camaldoli National Park, overlooking the Phlegraean Fields, Rosanna’s home is immersed in nature. 

Here you can breathe in the aroma and savor the flavors of real Neapolitan cuisine, from ragù to potato gateau, from eggplant parmesan to peppers au gratin, and many other traditional dishes, including desserts like pastiera and struffoli.

Rosanna loves cooking with products that are produced in her region, preparing traditional recipes that have been handed down through her family, even if she does sometimes likes to change, using her creativity and imagination...
