Cesarina Carolina lives just a few steps from the Vatican, a fascinating area where you can immerse yourself in the life and streets of the Italian capital’s historical city center, but also enjoy relaxing among the greenery of Castel Sant'Angelo, the Gianicolo and Villa Borghese. 

The first memory that Caterina has of the kitchen dates back to the age of six when, being a lover of meringues, she began to prepare it herself. Over the years, her passion for the culinary arts continued to increase. She started writing a family cookbook, taking cooking classes and preparing delicious dishes for friends and family.

For our Cesarina, seated around the table at the end of the day has always been a regular event, a time to share the day’s activities and spend time with loved ones. "Mealtime is not just about cooking, but a moment of joy in the broad sense, a moment of mutual sharing, a moment in which to embrace each other through the flavor of good food."
