Milan is the Italian city for business and residents spend most of their time working. However, what sets it apart is the fact that there is always the willingness to respect local traditions, like enjoying a good lunch or dinner in the company of friends and family, while enjoying the Milanese cuisine.

Cesarina Annalisa's home reflects her city exactly. She and her husband are out at work all day but as soon as they come home, they love to spend their evenings with friends, around a well-laid table, to experience the warmth of “family.”

Annalisa has always been passionate about cooking. She learned the various Lombard recipes from her mother and grandmother, who were owners of a delicatessen, and now those same recipes are prepared for her guests.
