Ischia is known for its breathtaking nature, healing thermal baths dating back to Roman times and its cuisine, a triumph of flavors from both land and sea.

While strolling through the alleyways and narrow streets of the villages, we can admire the intense colors of this island - the red of the Piennolo cherry tomatoes, the green of the aromatic basil, the very dark purple of the eggplants and the golden yellow of the lemons. Following the intense aromas wafting through the air and whetting the appetite, we arrive at Cesarina Antonella's home.

Seated on Antonella’s cozy veranda overlooking the garden, we can sample traditional local dishes (from both land and sea), a triumph of taste and well-being.
