We are in the historic center of Asti, a city set in the heart of a region located between Monferrato, Langhe and Roero and known for its enogastronomic bent. It’s the abundance and variety of ingredients that influence the culinary art of these areas.

Stefania’s home and cooking reflect these regions and her exuberant personality. Our Cesarina grew up in the countryside, along with her grandmothers who taught her the basics of Piedmontese and Campania cuisine. Once grown, she started traveling a lot, for both work and pleasure, bringing back home new ingredients and new experiences from every place she visited.
