Francesca lives in a country home located in the countryside at the Eastern edge of Chianti in the center between Florence, Siena and Arezzo.

Our Cesarina, passionate cook and true food lover, spent her childhood around the fire cooking with her great-grandmother, or helping her father in the family’s vegetable garden. She learnt to cook genuinely, respecting the seasons and making use of everything in the kitchen to avoid waste. The menu she serves, and the cooking classes she plans for her guests are about so much more than just recipes: they are her way of making new friends from all over the world, r explaining and experiencing the real Tuscan and Italian way of living.
