In the ancient town of San Gimignano, is the home of our Cesarina, Giorgia: a historic, restored hut with thick stone walls and wooden beams in its ceiling. Her cooking is entwined with the territory, sourcing produce locally, preferably organic.
Giorgia: "Cooking, food, and wine have always been passions and areas of great interest; I am a sommelier. I was born in Piedmont and now live in Tuscany. I enjoy the cuisines from both of these two great regions and often allow them to overlap. The origin of ingredients I use is especially important to me in lovingly recreating old family recipes".
