Terontola (Arezzo) - Toscana

A small village among green hills, where you can get lost among historical views, suggestive alleys and delicious ups and downs: this is Cortona, and this is where Daniela lives. Our Cesarina has been Tuscan for generations, she has always had pleasure in cooking, since she was a child when on Sunday morning, as usual, she made homemade pasta for tagliatelle or pici, and in her hands a small portion of flour and eggs. At her table the recipes of the peasant traditions of the Valdichiana, typical dishes from the past, all accompanied by excellent local wines.
