"Cooking has always been my passion! I grew up in the Tuscan countryside, on the family farm and, later, we moved to Milan where I have accumulated small work experiences in the restaurant business. I took advantage of every trip I made in my life to get to know the local gastronomic traditions. I really like teaching and transmitting the passion for cooking and good food. My cooking reflects my tastes and so in the dishes, I prepare you can find all the trips I have made."
