"I like to define myself as a young peasant cook. I am fortunate to own a small farm where I produce olive oil and vegetables, which then I transform into preserves. I am passionate about edible wild herbs and I often bring to the table dishes prepared with the harvest of the walk in the fields. My house has kept that rustic elegance of yesteryear and the view we enjoy is a cameo that is worth the trip in itself."
